January 2024 Market Trends for South Fork and Del Norte, Colorado - Brought to you By Dee Plucinski - A comparison.

 



January 2024 market data shows us that the South Fork residential market is very much a BUYER'S MARKET as compared to Del Norte, just 17 miles away, which is still a SELLER'S MARKET.  

What's the difference?  

Del Norte currently has only 9 active listings, while South Fork has 32 active listings.  This means the market is more competitive for buyers in Del Norte - buyers will face more competition when submitting offers and sellers will have more offers to choose from.  

South Fork buyers have more homes to choose from, therefore the sellers in South Fork have fewer buyers to choose from.
